Jolly Majumdar is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in the non-profit sector, particularly in initiatives aimed at combating human trafficking and advocating for the rights of women and children. She joined Ramola Bhar Charitable Trust - STOP (Stop Trafficking and Oppression of Women and Children) in January 2010, contributing to the organisation’s mission of counter-trafficking and social justice.
Beyond her commitment to the social sector, Jolly Majumdar has also been associated with some of the topmost companies in India, gaining valuable exposure to corporate structures, governance, and administrative best practices. Her diverse experience bridges the gap between grassroots activism and corporate efficiency, making her a valuable asset in any organisation she is part of.
Badar Alam Khan
Treasurer
Badar Alam Khan is a passionate storyteller with an M.A. in Mass Communication from M.C.R.C., Jamia Millia Islamia. With a strong foundation in filmmaking, scriptwriting, camera operation, and video editing, he began his career as a Production Assistant on the Bollywood film Khosla Ka Ghosla, directed by Dibakar Banerjee.
Over the years, he has worked with ETV, Janmat, and News and Entertainment Television, gaining extensive experience across various media platforms. His directorial work on 30+ episodes of Doordarshan’s "Kiran – A Ray of Hope" showcased impactful NGO initiatives, sparking his deep interest in documentary filmmaking and social issues.
Now, as a key member of Hope On Foundation, Badar uses his storytelling expertise to amplify the voices of underprivileged communities, creating content that drives awareness and change.


Ms. Deepika Roy

Ms. Deepika Roy, an educator since 2015, has dedicated the past 12 years of her life to train and mentor young India, creative edutainment maker, serving to NGO sector to bring positive change in the community. Her work spans a wide range of educating and social issues related to Disaster Mitigation, Women and pre-natal care, Women and children education, and independent learning.
With a passion for ensuring culturing global citizen, Ms. Roy has been teaching Anthropological Science with a goal to teach young intellect the evolutionary origins of social existence.
She has co-authored niche reports such EMMA, DRR with practical action, Child Centric Refugee Rehabilitation.
Through her unwavering dedication, Ms. Deepika Roy continue to inspire change and make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and community.
Arpita Roy
General Secretary
Arpita Roy is a seasoned development professional with over 25 years of experience in public procurement, contract management, programme implementation, and capacity building. As General Secretary of Hope On Foundation, she leads initiatives focused on empowering underprivileged communities through education, skills development, and access to essential services.
She has worked extensively with government agencies, multilateral donors (World Bank, DFID, USAID, BMGF), and grassroots organisations across India. Her prior roles include leading procurement and operations for large-scale health, education, and climate projects with UNOPS, NITI Aayog, and the Ministry of Minority Affairs.


Advocate Manoj Kumar Yadav

Advocate Manoj Kumar Yadav, is an accomplished advocate at the Session Court in Alwar and currently serves as the Deputy Chief Defence Counsel at District Legal Services Authority (DLSA Alwar). Holding an LLB and DLL, he has dedicated himself to both the legal profession and social service. As the Deputy Secretary of Nari Udyog Hala Samiti, Alwar, he has been actively involved in community development, conducting over 100 legal awareness camps and serving as Nyaya Mitra in the JJB Board (2018-2020).
A passionate advocate for justice and legal literacy, he also serves as a Master Trainer at DLSA (Alwar), contributing to legal education and awareness and trained more than 500 lawyers. His dedication to social work and legal empowerment continues to make a significant impact on society.
