Hope On Foundation Observes Menstrual Hygiene Day with Community Women and Girls

Hope On Foundation organised a special programme to mark Menstrual Hygiene Day with the community’s women and girls.

The awareness session began with introductions, followed by the screening of a short educational video on menstruation. After the session, we conducted an interactive Q&A, where participants shared their personal challenges related to menstrual health. Together, we discussed practical solutions and ways to maintain better hygiene.

The programme concluded with the distribution of sanitary pads, informative pamphlets, and hygiene kits to all participants, ensuring they are equipped with both knowledge and essential supplies.
